The increasing development of the mobile communication network technology benefited from the Internet development and the launching of intelligence mobile are changing the way people live. People can pay utility bills, shop online, travel or even pay for subway tickets by using different mobile applications. In light of this rapid development, all players in the business are busy engaging in either cooperation or competition and there comes a new market share layout. The writer is working at China UnionPay, the only bank card service industry in China and responsible for mobile payment business from its right beginning in 2004. The thesis is based on the analytical study of a great amount of related business data and documents together with the writer's own work experience in this industry.The thesis first exams the definition of the mobile payment service and the related technology requirements by using the value chain theory and business model theory; analyzes the business model of mobile payment service in Japan and Korea; compares the business models of VISA and MASTER and analyzes the political, economical and technological risks of the mobile payment service of China Mobile by using the SWOT and PEST models. Then the thesis introduces the industry chain in China led by China UnionPay and other bank institutes participating as the clearing parties. Lastly the thesis analyzes the interests of each individual party in the industry, and various factors such as profit models, business models and risk management of the industry and proposes a particle business model for the industry.
