As the most important link of logistics network, port has become the bottleneck ofthe economic development, it will be the key point of economic development that how toeffectively develop. The development of port has entered the relying on hinterland andexploring the third profits source era. How to efficiently use of logistics activities toimprove the strength of the port is becoming the new research project. In such anenvironment, with the port and hinterland as research object of logistics activity researchcontent, forms the development mode of port-common hinterland, which is the only wayto win-win. This paper takes the beijing-tianjin-hebei region for range, establishes thebeijing-tianjin-hebei region port-hinterland logistics network model, provides theoreticalguidance for the development of port-hinterland logistics mode, and plans out the wholelogistics network with the beijing-tianjin-hebei region as actual object.First of all, this paper summaries the research of the domestic and international portand the heart of logistics. Based on this, it renewably defines the concept of logisticsnetwork and the structure of the framework which under the port-hinterland mode.Then, analyzes the impotence of the port-hinterland which carries out the logisticsnetwork construction, according to the actual conditions of the beijing-tianjin-hebeiregion, from port, hinterland, logistics industry and the functions of the government, andother aspects of the resources to carry on the analysis, it puts forward the feasibility of thelogistics network construction, and comes up with the logistics network constructionplan.Again, this paper using the combining method with the quantitative and qualitativeconstructs, the model of the system from parts of logistics network organization structure,the node hierarchy, information system, network layout and the logistics operationprocess. And it builds a multiple evaluation index system, which provides the theoreticaltool for comprehensive evaluation and management decision for port-hinterland logisticsnetwork.At last, this paper proceeds the comprehensive evaluation and proposes solutions orsuggestions on the basis of the evaluation results of the beijing-tianjin-hebei, furtherverifies the model is scientific and the maneuverability of port-hinterland mode logisticsnetwork construction in beijing-tianjin-hebei region...
