The development of the supply chain and logistics in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs to rely on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.The importance of the geographical location of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is self-evident.Then,with the aid of the policy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,vigorously develop the logistics industry,which is more important for the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.It can be said that the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has an extremely important impact on the regional logistics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Under the influence of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated policy,the transformation and upgrading of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry will accelerate,and the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei transportation will also accelerate To promote,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated policy is to break the original administrative barriers of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,which will greatly affect the development of regional logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In this context,this paper studies the layout of the logistics network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This article focuses on the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics in the context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaboration,elaborate on the regional logistics and shaft-spoke network theory to be used in this article,and introduces the principal component analysis The principles and derivation of methods,gravitational models,and logistics membership methods are used to lay the groundwork for relevant theories.In the main content of the paper,firstly,the situation related to logistics development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is summarized,and the detailed analysis of the logistics infrastructure construction and logistics development environment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is carried out.The main problem of development.Based on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics status,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network node evaluation index system was constructed.The 13 major logistics nodes in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were analyzed.The principal component analysis method was used to obtain the comprehensive logistics scores of these 13 cities and use ArcGIS.Perform a preliminary classification.Then use the gravity model to calculate the gravitational value of 13 logistics nodes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to obtain the gravity matrix of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics nodes.Based on the gravity model,policy coefficients are introduced to obtain a new logistics node gravity matrix.By analyzing the gravity changes,the necessity of Baoding as a secondary logistics node is verified.In order to better analyze the qualitative factors,this paper adds policy coefficients to the gravity model to obtain quantitative qualitative indicators to verify the importance of the indicators,and provides a new research idea for qualitative analysis in the future.Regarding the research on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics,this paper proposes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics axis-spoke network layout for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,and quantitatively analyzes the impact of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics,based The conclusions made have put forward very practical suggestions for logistics development.
