In the context of integrated development within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, integrated development of logistics has become an important part of logistics industry and regional economic development. As crucial content of integrated development of logistics within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the core of logistics network, optimization, layout optimization of logistics network facilities, should be paid sufficient attention and be researched. It is of great importance to improve the operation efficiency and stability of the whole logistics network.Different from traditional logistics network facilities location problem, this thesis aims at the realization of freight gathering tasks in logistics activities, considering unreliability of logistics network system lead by freight gathering centers failure, establishes a layout optimization model of logistics network facilities based on imperfect information by extending the classical Uncapacitated Fixed-charge Location model (UFL model), thus effectively reducing loss caused by facilities failure, and improving stability of logistics network system.This thesis also specifically analyzes the logistics network of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei province, to establish the logistics network model for the three cities and province, and select alternative freight gathering centers of the layout optimization model, as well as explicit the freight gathering demand of the logistics network; Then with the application of software Gurobi 6.5.0 and its Java port, this research solutes the layout optimization model by the basis data of logistics network within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, respectively picks out 14,13,11 nodes from 21 nodes in Beijing,22 nodes in Tianjin,27 nodes in Hebei province, and finally carries out sensitivity analysis of the damage probability of facilities failure q, the number of facilities allocation R, to analyzes and validate the model and parameters.
