With the economic globalization and the trade liberalization,the process of regional integration has become increasingly apparent.In March 2016,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was written into the 13 th Five-Year Plan as a major national strategy.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in October 2017 clearly stated that it is necessary to implement a regional coordinated development strategy.Taking Beijing's non-capital function as the bovine nose to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Under the background of the national strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,logistics integration has become an important part of logistics industry and regional economic development,and logistics network is the basic premise of logistics industry development.Reasonable logistics network can improve regional logistics operation efficiency and optimize resource allocation.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is located in the core area of the Bohai Economic Circle.The location advantage is remarkable and the transportation infrastructure is getting better and better.However,due to the lack of unified regional logistics network planning,the logistics growth motivation is insufficient,the infrastructure development is not balanced,the transportation structure is irrational and the coordination concept is lacking.And it impeded the process of logistics integration.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the logistics development level of the cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the characteristics of the logistics network structure,and to construct an efficient and reasonable regional logistics network for the logistics integration and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This thesis summarizes the relevant research results,and uses the theory of axis-spoke network,the synergy theory and the system science theory as the theoretical support.Firstly,through analyzing the development condition and present problems of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from three aspects: logistics industry scale,logistics infrastructure and logistics operation effect.Secondly,it constructs the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics capability evaluation index system from five aspects: economic aggregate,logistics scale,logistics demand,logistics conditions and logistics talents,that affect regional logistics capacity,and then uses principal component analysis and cluster analysis to conduct evaluation and stratification.Finally,using gravity model and logistics membership degree to measure the gravitation and subordination degree between cities,determine the radiation range of logistics axis,spoke city and axis city,analyze the logistics channel and logistics network structure,and construct the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region logistics network.The following conclusions were drawn from the research:Firstly,by analyzing the logistics industry scale,logistics infrastructure and logistics operation effect of 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2010 to 2016,it is foundthat the development of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has insufficient growth momentum,uneven development of infrastructure,unreasonable transportation structure and lack of regional coordination concepts.Secondly,from the results of the evaluation of logistics capability,the gap of logistics capacity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is large.According to the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the logistics capacity values of 13 cities can be divided into three categories: Tianjin and Beijing are the first level,and the logistics capacity value is much higher than other cities;Shijiazhuang and Tangshan are the second level,and the logistics capacity value is in the leading level in Hebei Province,but there is a big gap with Beijing and Tianjin;the other 9 cities are the third level,and the logistics development level can not meet the local development needs.Thirdly,from the perspective of logistics network structure,arterial channels need to be established between the four axis cities of Tianjin,Beijing,Shijiazhuang and Tangshan;the branch channels need to be established between each spoke point city and the axis city:Baoding,Cangzhou and Langfang are affiliated to the first-class axis city of Tianjin;Zhangjiakou is affiliated to the first-class axis city of Beijing;Handan,Xingtai and Hengshui are affiliated to the second axis city of Shijiazhuang;Qinhuangdao and Chengde are affiliated to the second axis city of Tangshan;The point-to-point branch channels are established between the spoke point cities with frequent logistics activities.Thus the hub-and-spoke regional logistics network is established.Finally,according to the functional orientation and future development direction of each city,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the regional logistics development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
