Study Of Green Enterprise Culture Construction Pathway

This paper analyzes the green issue of China's enterprise culture using ecology andmanagement theory, focuses on the lack of cultural dynamics of building green business issues,clarifies the dynamic mechanism of building green enterprise culture, explores the core strategyof the enterprise to build green culture and finds pathway of building green enterprise culture.The paper is divided into six parts:(a) Introduction;(b) green corporate culture and itsdevelopment;(c) the theoretical basis of the green corporate culture;(d) green corporate cultureproblem and cause analysis;(e) dynamic mechanism of green business cultural construction;(f)the main pathway of the enterprises to build green culture.This paper firstly describes the content and features of green enterprise culture, reviews thedevelopment process of the green enterprise culture briefly. Then discusses in detail the theoryof green enterprise culture supported by the social-ecological systems theory, ecologicaleconomics theory and the theory of sustainable development. The latter part of the articleanalyzes the problems of China's green enterprise culture building and the reasons that affecteddevelopment of China's green enterprise culture building, the lack of external driving force andinternal driving force. The paper finishes construction of dynamic mechanism of the greenenterprise culture faced with driving force lack, specifies the measures and means tostrengthen the government's external driving force, create public external driving force andenhance the internal driving force of enterprise, discuss the dynamic pathways of government,public and enterprise. Finally, explore to provide the main pathways for the green enterpriseculture building, respectively, from the three levels of spiritual layer, system layer and physicallayer proposed core strategy for enterprises to build a green culture.The basic conclusions of the article are: green enterprise culture building has greatsignificance for the achievement of business objectives and goals of society as a whole fit.Promote the enterprises to build a green culture requires the government and the public toprovide all kinds of effective incentive and restraint measures. We should pay attention to theeconomic motives, emphasize the use of economic instruments, and guide the various internaland external driving force conversion works together to promote the green enterprise culturebuilding. Green enterprise culture building not only needs strong power driver, also requiresenterprise to develop a systematic implementation of the strategy to implement.
