Updating form enterprise culture to the Green enterprise culture is more continuable and harmonious than modern enterprise culture. The Green enterprise culture is not only has the administration function as well as modern enterprise culture does in management of enterprise, which could make the atmosphere harmonious within itselves and be energetic and agglomerate, it also adjusted and improved the relations between human and nature by a fire-new idea, consequence, it came true the harmonious between human and nature,human and human and among themselves, it also vindicated the diversity in nature beings and came true the whole society's continuable development.
