Xuzhou City Scenic Resources Integration And Development Research

The research on the integrated development of landscape tourism resources is ofgreat significance in guidance and references for the development of regionallandscape tourism economy. Based on the research of Xuzhou landscape tourismresources and tourism developmental conditions, the thesis makes the integrateddevelopment research on landscape tourism resources, which provides the referencefor Xuzhou landscape tourism resources' system, integration, coordination, andsustainable development, further enhances the tourism's competitive power,achieves the maximum interests of the regional landscape tourism resources.Supported by the relative theories of landscape tourism resources integration anddevelopment, the thesis puts forward the obstacles, possibilities, guidingprinciples, technical guidance, solutions, suggestions, and so on, with the helpof the analysis on the fundamental conditions, integrated development conditionsand SWOT analysis. On the development conditions of Xuzhou landscape tourism,the thesis advances the location of tourism image of "Han-originated Xuzhou,Motivate the World" and the location of whole image of "Cultural Ancient Capital,Livable Home, Charming Xuzhou", and makes a detailed design of landscapetourism spatial layout,"Han Culture is the core, landscape is the framework,ecotourism is the content, distinctive tour is the point", from which six themeroutes have been integrated, that is, ancient relics tour (Han Cultures), scenerytour, vocation tour are the major, while custom tour, religion tour, red tour arethe distinctive.Chapter One is the introduction which provides the background and subjects ofthe study, and the current research conditions, its purpose and significance.Based on the relative literature and the comprehension of integrated developmenton landscape tourism resources at home and abroad, Chapter Two explainsscientifically the relative terms on landscape tourism resources. Chapter Three makes the fundamental research, analysis and assessment onnatural conditions, social resources, human resources of Xuzhou landscape tourismresources.Chapter Four studies analytically the existing problems in Xuzhou landscapetourism resources, such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challengesin landscape tourism resources, and obstacles and feasibility in integrateddevelopment.As to the existing problems in Xuzhou landscape tourism resources, ChapterFive puts forward the guidelines, developmental location, and strategies inintegrated development, at the same time, provides the relative countermeasure andguarantee for integration and development.Chapter Six is the conclusion which sums up the whole thesis.
