In recent years, agrochemical manufacturing is developing very fast, theimplementation of Lean Production and Six Sigma is the best method to reducethe waste and improve quality to raise the competitive advantage in currentincreasing competition of market and cost. The core theory of Lean Production iswaste reduction, and Six Sigma theory is the methodology which drives thecontinuous improvement by customer requirement, its essence is to continuouslyreduce variation and pursue higher quality. The combination of Lean Productionand Six Sigma has been accepted and performed by many companies as themanagement system.This thesis practices the Lean Production, the advantages of Lean Productionand its significance, and how to use Six Sigma methodology to improve keyprocess, and this thesis synthetically studies the analysis, optimization,improvement and control to A company agrochemical products in productionprocess with Six Sigma improvement mode–DMAIC. Product's defects areanalyzed by the cause and effect diagram to find root causes. Measurementsystems capability is verified through measurement system analysis. Then multianalysis and design of experiment method are applied to analyze, improve andoptimize the major factors. At last, this thesis introduces the effect of Leanefficacy and its application in production.In the packaging process, the current production loss management, a year toa certain number of package waste. The current situation of the various steps ofthe data, companies using Lean Six Sigma measurement method, has carried onthe data to collect, through a Lean Six Sigma Methods of analysis, find the mainproduction loss reasons, for specific reasons, have a definite object in view to useLean Six Sigma improvement tools, one by one of the defects are improved andoptimize, achieve thereby reduce cost, reduce waste of. At the same time, but also give the company marketing department with anti-counterfeiting technologyauthentic packaging materials outflow. For the company in the fierce competitionin the market environment, better access to the market and profit provided goodsupport.
