The Application Research Of Lean Logistics In Stamping Desktop Product

As the Lean Logistics theories were born in1990s, it was used in most ofmanufacture enterprise all over the world. In order to survive and develop, enterprisesmust adapt the globalization&marketization and enhance their own competition by costdown and efficiency.This paper introduces the origins of the theory and analysis the benefits to thecompanies by lean logistics. In this paper, the author combine with her own practice, giveout her view on the content of lean logistics, objectives of lean logistics and how topromote lean logistics. And research the logistics problem in A company DT products,introduce the successful experience of A company promote lean logistics by operationsteps of finding problem, analysis problem and solve problem on the basis of leanproduction theories through using techniques of lean logistics: visual able management,JIT, value chart and kaizen to implement the lean logistics from material collection,production to shipment. At last, this thesis also points out the issues that domesticmanufacture enterprise need to pay more attention to by promoting lean logistics.At last, we get the goal from the lean logistic about A company DT T production asbelow: cut down process L/T by64%, promote assembly line power of production by67%,decrease the inventory of finished goods by38.5%, decrease the defect rate by34%.
