T Instrument Company (described as T Company below) mainly produce PiezoresistanceType Transmitter, Differential Pressure Transmitter&Temperature Transmitter.Piezoresistance Type Transmitter has been the main profit incoming for a long time, however,great technology improvement has been made for Differential Pressure Transmitter as a newproduct in the past year, and is targeted to achieve duplicated output. With existing resources,T company need to achieve the output target with as few increment as they could onmanpower and other cost. Therefore, T company apply the Lean System to production processin order to keep efficiency in each part within the company and maintain sustainability.This thesis firstly elaborates the operation status of T Company. Then point out theproblems which bring negative effect on purchasing cost, inventory management, productionefficiency and product quality etc, occurred in the current production operation procedure,Lastly, list down some problems which will directly impact the long-term relationshipbetween T company with its customers while T Company processing the quantity productionof new product.The author use various analysis tools such as Visual Stream Mapping, Line Balance etcto analyze the problems T company is facing in the quantity production of new product, andfind out the critical motive way to improve efficiency in production process. Also the authorlead a project team make the Lean System with in quantity production of new product intoforce in order to let T company achieving annual planned output target of new product withfew resource increment. To decrease the inventory, improve operation process, shorten thedelivery lead time and improve product quality while increasing production output. To makeT company stand a competitive position within the new product differentiation industry withefficient profit.
