The analysis model of social responsibility was built compared value chain and the social responsibility. With the blur synthesis judgment theory, the implement of the responsibility was evaluated based on the actual case.Value chain is the pursuit to value based on the win-win theory. Social responsibility is good to upgrade the social integrated value. The thesis is expected to offer the theory reference to the study on social responsibility of real estate enterprises.
