Based on the view of supply chain core companies, this paper discussed how to fulfill the requirement of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in order to achieve the integration of economic and social benefits.Firstly, according to analysis of present research about CSR and supply chain CSR, and conclusion of recent research orientation, and based on several scholar's previous research, this paper developed its own research orientation. Secondly, this paper discussed why the supply chain CSR research should be based on the view of core companies, and analyzed the importance of core companies in the fulfillment of CSR in supply chain. Thirdly, according to the difference of CSR development among core and common supply chain members, this paper developed the principal-agent model and the benefits distribution system of CSR. Fourthly, based on the theory of MAS and on the SCM-ERP system, this paper constructed supply chain CSR management system. Meanwhile, according to the analysis of recent CSR report and based on the G3 CSR report standard, this paper discussed how to report the supply chain CSR in order to satisfy the requirement from consumers and other stakeholders. Finally, based on the previous study, this paper built evaluation index system of supply chain CSR, and then demonstrated how to use the system to analyze the maturity of supply chain CSR, and at the end proposed a way to improve SCOR.This paper discussed both theoretical and practical problems, and then used AHP and comprehensive fuzzy methods to analyze the supply chain operation system and SCOR based on CSR. This could contribute to the integration of CSR in China's supply chain.
