The salary and the motivating are very important parts in the present company management, it is also central content in human resources management, the motivating theory has reflected the humanist management concept fully. The people realize gradually that the human resources is a great wealth for the company, the human resources decides the success and the defeat for the company. Enterprise's superintendents must take a question, how to encourage all staffs, causes them to work diligently, creates a greater value with the good work achievement for the enterprise.The sale is very important thing to the enterprise's survival and development, simultaneous ly ,it is also a important link in the enterprise manages. The sales work had completed smoothly, the enterprise has been able to obtain the reasonable profit. Therefore, how to encourage the enterprise's sales force, formulate the perfect salary system, simultaneously displays the spiritual motivating the function, enables the sales force to display the biggest potential, splendidly completes the sales task, will be very important in the enterprise management, it is also discussing and researching key topic in this article. A Corporation that the author working is a flour milling enterprise, it locates complete competitive profession, belongs to the fast consumable profession, the market competition is intense, the sales force must work diligently, they display biggest potential, they can complete the sales task. Therefore, formulates and consummates enterprise's salary and the motivating system to encourage the sales force, it causes them to complete the sales task, this is important to enterprise's survival and the development.This article analyzed the present salary system of A corporation sales department according to kinds of motivating theories, sales salary pattern instructs this article, it diagnosed and discovered the question of this salary system such as shorting of the salary band width ,lowing of the base pay, moreover, average thought of the salary system was serious, the spirit motivating action have not brought into play, welfare's flexibility is bad in this salary system, I redesigned this salary system, the new salary system solved some problems needed revision in old salary system, The redesign of the new salary system is a beneficial practice attempt to the author, after I studied kinds of the salary and the motivating theories, the author designs the new salary system earnestly ,moreover, the author and related sales department colleague revise repeatedly it, It will have serviceability and rationality to a Corporation sales department. But because the time is limited, this article has some deficiencies. Certainly, the design of salary system is a revising process , It need adapt the environmental variation also. The author will revise and consummate this salary system constantly, causes it to adapt the changing of the market environment and the management environment.This article includes five chapters, first chapter introduces background and significance of this article. The second chapter tells about salary patterns of the sales force and kinds of motivating theories. The third chapter tells about various departments and the organization frame of the A corporation, it tells about the exhaustive description on present salary system of the sale department, it analyses and summarizes the present salary questions of the sale department . The fourth chapter is a part that the theory linking reality ,I design the new plan of salary system and the spirit motivating system resting on the salary patterns and the motivating theories, when I design the new plan ,I have thought about actual situation of the sale department. The fifth chapter summarizes this salary plan .
