The Innovation And Integration In Industry Chain In Perspective Of Modulization

With the rapid development of information technology, knowledge economy and the acceleration of economic globalization, the industrial growth shows two trends: First, innovation and integration in industry chain has increasingly become the core competitiveness; Second, the growth of industry or business has developed into a stage of "modulization".This paper describes the background and the process in the stage of forming chain in the view of modulization. There are three types of chain: the type of pyramid, the type of information assimilation and the type of Information dissimilatory. And it describes the structure and components of the industrial chain, product form, value patterns and knowledge forms. These theories are the base of research, explains the basis of integration in industrial chain innovation in the views of qualitation.This paper analyses the meanings, the models and the mechanisms of innovation and integration in perspective of modulization. The meanings of innovative and integration are mainly from the perspectives of value creation and knowledge innovation; the models of innovation and integration mainly include product innovation, value innovation and knowledge innovation; the mechanisms of innovation and integration mainly include self-organizing mechanism for the evolution of innovation and integration, the interests of competition and cooperation mechanisms and the distribution of dynamic knowledge-based chain integration mechanisms.This paper describes the integration and innovation of electronic information industry chain in Tianjin with the analysis of qualitation and quantitation, and it deseribes the modulizations that Tianjin should develop, then it proposes the corresponding countermeasures.Based on the analysis of above, this paper has these innovations: first, it elaborates the mechanism of innovation and integration in chains in perspective of the modulization (or modulization division); second, it proposes the industrial chain form, structure, content, mode and mechanism in the process of innovation and integration, provides the basis in developing the policies for the relevant industries and government. But for the reasons that don't understand the theory in-depth and the combination of empirical and theoretical analysis are not rigorous, this paper is a beginning to the research, the related issues are remaining to be further deepened.
