Study On The Integration Mechanism Of High-tech Enterprises' Innovation Chains

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the external environment of enterprises has undergone drastic changes.The competitive advantage hasshift ed from the tangible material form to the intangible form of knowledge.At the same time,companies in order to seize the rapid market opportunities,access to more market share,if only by themselves has been difficult.Therefore,the innov ation alliance has become the main mode for enterprises to maintain market com petitive advantage and an effective means to integrate internal and external resou rces.However,there are still many problems in the innovation alliance that need to be solved urgently.In particular,the phenomenon of "unitedbut not alliances but not strong" now prevails in the alliance.How to integrateinternal and externa l resources,realize the transformation of knowledge,transform the technical capa bility of innovation,and improve the innovation performance of the entire enterp rise have become the key issues for enterprises to achieve independent innovatio n.Based on this,this paper takes high-tech enterprises as the research object,fr om the perspective of knowledge management,throughthe research on the integra tion mechanism of the innovation chain,linking the knowledge and technology t ogether,how the integration of the innovation chainaffects the intrinsic mechanis m of the enterprise's innovation performance Theoretical interpretation,and promo te the integration of innovation chain and innovation performance of the relations hip between the process perspective to further expand and deepen.This article has carried on the theoretical analysis and the demonstration res earch to these questions,further clarified the antecedents and consequences ofthe innovation chain integration.First of all,based on the research status quo and t he frontier dynamic and effective grasp of the theory of dual innovation and kno wledge position,this paper reviews the relevant literature and constructsthe integr ation mechanism of innovation chain integration behavior affecting theway of tec hnological innovation in the view of knowledge management Model;Secondly,thi s paper uses SPSS21.0 and AMOS 17.0 software to analyze the data and verify whether the theoretical model and research hypothesis holds.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test,this paper draws some concl usions:(1)The innovation chain integration can positively promote the innovation performance of enterprises,and actively exchange and cooperation with supplie rs,distributors,customers,research institutes and intermediaries,An effectiveway to obtain external knowledge resources.(2)Innovation chain integration can posit ively promote exploratory and exploitative innovation.(3)Exploratory and utilizat ion innovations play an intermediary role in the process of innovation chain integration affecting innovation performance.This conclusion also indirectly explains why some companies achieve innovation chain integration can not enha nce the reasons for innovation performance.
