Research Of Leveling Production Plan Based On WITNESS In Motor Parts Of BOSCH Co.ltd.

A successful automobile parts enterprise mainly depend on whether its manufacturing system could keep high efficiency and a flexible capability in the situation that customer constantly increase their requirement of quality and delivery time. So , it has been the essential premise of the development of an automobile parts enterprise is how to improve manufacturing system and manufacturing efficiency. This paper search many problems in real production based on the BOSCH production system. It find the bottleneck with the whole Common Rail nozzle production line from EDM room to text line by WITNESS simulation software , then it optimize the bottleneck with LEVELING production plan method and gives lots of experience to other enterprises. It introduce the background and the purpose of this paper in the first chapter. Then it introduce the manufacturing characteristic of common rail nozzle production line and analyze it . In the third chapter , it introduce the application , strategy and method WITNESS simulation software then appling it in the whole common rail nozzle production line and finally find the bottleneck of the line——EDM process. This paper write the LEVELING production plan method and apply it in the real production case in the 4th chapter which is the most important one in this paper It also take one month real production for example and apply LEVELING plan in it . In the 5th chapter , it prove the value of LEVELING plan in EDM room by comparing the data before optimization and after optimization.On conclusion,Combinning with the real production status , the LEVELING production plan is applied successfully in BOSCH company by system simulation.
