| With the establishment of"Da Qing off-shore oil field", the output of petroleum in CNOOC has surpassed 50million tons, thereby becoming one of the largest off-shore petroleum producing country in the world, which also turned over a new leaf on China's petroleum Exploration. But with the development of china's economy and increasing prices as well as the high cost of human power , the return value of this"high risk, high investment, high return investment"industry declined progressively. Therefore, how to strengthen and control the cost has became the key factor for enterprises to survive. Since the year 2001, CNOOC has asked for the policy of strengthening the management as well as controlling the tie-up funds of stock and spare parts in order to reduce the company cost.The major work of this paper aims at the study and optimization of the inventory management for the spare parts (Haiyangshiyou 102) as well as the controlling of company's cost.First, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing issues of the inventory management for the marine oil 102 spare parts, i.e.: the overstocking issue, irrational inventory structure, lacking of the scientific methods of EOQ. Second, based on the above three exiting issues, qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out, combining the methods of AHP,ABC as well as the EOQ, the digital models of inventory management which is appropriate for the marine oil 102 are constructed for the purpose of optimization of the inventory management for the spare parts of Haiyangshiyou 102. For example, Classification Model Based on the ABC method, EOQ Model Based on the deterministic method,EOQ Model based on the random demand model. At the same time, this paper proposed the suggestion and solution to how to alleviate"Bullwhip Effect"as well as how to deal with the process of the scrap products in order to strengthen the management to the further treatment of overstocking issues. |
