Fast response to the market based on the powerful spare parts inventory management. In manufacturing enterprises, insuring the normal and stable running of the equipment is an important task. In order to ensure normal running of the equipment, many enterprises possess a number of spare parts inventory. For one thing if the materials storage is too large, too much fund will be occupied and turnover fund will be torpidity. And the increase of storage space will increase storage cost. And some long term storage of spare parts will cause corrosion damage. With the progress of production and technological, the spare parts which are technological backwardness will become idle or be scrapped parts, It is a waste of social resources. And it also increases the cost of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the influence factors of spare parts needs, this paper researches the spare parts classification method and storage methods, put forward the multi level classification method. In order to know what kind of spare parts should be stored, and how to store the spare parts, this paper apply the multi level classification method to a track spare parts inventory management, classify the spare parts into different category, and give different strategy for different spare parts.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the failure rate, distribution function of spare parts and function test method on spare parts inventory. Using MATLAB software fitting the failure rate of two typical of spare parts for a track enterprise and fitting a probability distribution of test results, provides a premise for spare parts demand forecasting. When the failure rate function is fitted, the spare parts inventory control model is established by using of Bayesian methods. It is calculate and solve this model buy using of MATLAB software. The feasibility of the mode is verified by an example. And the use of such model proved in inventory control of some reference value and theoretical research significance. |
