The WAGO GmbH was founded in 1951; she is a Germany multinational corporation owning over 50 subsidiary corporations and representations all over the world. WAGO's core business has been the design, manufacture and marketing of innovation terminal blocks and connectors featuring the company's unique spring pressure termination technology. After ten years of development, WAGO not only has a certain degree of market size, but also achieved a considerable some market share and better brand awareness within the industry. However, in the increasingly fierce market competition, as more and more serious degree of product homogeneity, companies are facing an important practical question is, how to hold the sustained and steady development. Therefore, enterprises want the fierce market competition in an invincible position, it should be the effective implementation of features with its corporate brand strategy. In this paper, the company's own operating conditions, combined with enterprise in which the industry background, case studies from the perspective of brand strategies using the latest management theories and methods, analyzed and discussed the development of enterprises emerged in the fundamental problem for the company development of brand strategy put forward reasonable proposals and the necessary management of the implementation of brand strategy.This thesis was divided into four parts. First, what are the related theoretical knowledge of brand. Second, is analysis the current situation of the WAGO. Third, is elaborated the outside environment of the WAGO Company. Last, is about how to manage the company on the future brand strategy.
