The Study Of Relationship Risk Control Mechanism In Equity Alliance

This study researched foreign and internal scholar's actuality in the direction of Equity Alliance's Relationship Risk. After that, this study make a summary of basic theory for Stratagem Alliance, Bargaining Cost, Accreditation Theory and Game Theory. As the first innovation, this study discussed dimensionality factors of relational risk base on these theories. These dimensionality factors are Opportunism, Dissymmetry of information, Motivation which is behind the curtain, Corporation culture and ability. After that, this study researched how the Decision-maker's factors to influence relational risk. Decision-maker's impersonality factors include gender, age and nationality. Subjective factors include Opportunism Tendency, Intention Tendency, Value Tendency and Experience of Alliance. The study researched the relationship between Decision-maker's factors and dimensionality factors of relational risk. Base on it, the study researched every Decision-maker's factors. Base on research result, Decision-maker's factors have important influence to relationship risk in alliance. Pay more attention in Decision-maker's factors is useful for find, prevent and control relational risk in equity alliance. This result supply a new and useful mechanism for Decision-maker to avoid relational risk and perfect equity alliance.This study has another innovation, it is base on Das and Teng's trust and control theory. This study researched more deep about this theory by game theory of Prisoner's Dilemma. This study discuss Trust and Control are two solutions of Relational Risk from the conception of Relational Risk and Equity Alliances. After that, this study give a relationship function of alliance and the infection of Decision-maker's subjective factor & objective factor. This study get a solution for Game Theory of Prisoner's Dilemma in Equity Alliance. More, this study use infinity repeat Prisoner's Dilemma model and Decision-maker's subjective factor & objective factor find a useful tactic of long term Equity Alliance. This study's result is effective equilibrium of Equity Alliance could be built under the infection of Decision-maker's subjective factor & objective factor in long term Equity Alliance.In the end, this study use Toyota as demonstration, researched Toyota's four internationalization improvement stratagem stages and analyzed different alliance type that Toyota took part in. Especially, pay attention in Equity alliances'characters. After that, this study analyzed the results of Decision-maker's factors'influence to relationship risk and choice of Trust & Control mechanisms. Toyota's alliance experience validate the results of Decision-maker's factors'influence to relationship risk and choice of Trust & Control mechanisms.
