On the one hand, the article respectively analyses the external and industrial environment of according to PEST analytic model and Porter's analytic model. On the other hand, it analyses systematically the internal environment from six factors of Poly Real Estate. Finally, through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method, EFE,IFE matrix and SWOT analysis have been used to identify the Poly Real Estate's development strategy and proposed implementation of the strategy from different angles safeguards.
