Astudy On The Evaluation Technological Innovationability Of Tianjin High-tech Industry

In the 21st century, the rise of the knowledge economy promote the rapid development of high-tech, high-tech industries becomes more and more important in the world economy, it has become the driving force of world economic development and an important source of national economic growth. Looking through the history of high-tech industry native and abroad, we find that high-tech industries are sectors rely on high-tech product manufacturing and services. Technological innovation has become the driving force for survival and development of industry,Only firmly grasp the sword that means technological innovation , high-tech industry can be more intense in the future to seize a favorable position in the domestic and international competition, and make continuous development.Chinese government pays more attention on high-tech industry, " 17th CPC National Congress " and "Twelfth Five" plan have emphasized the development of strategic new industries, promoting industrial upgrading and economic restructuring. In this context, Researching the technological innovation capability of high-tech industry in Tianjin is not only the necessary requirement of economic adjustment and Industrial upgrading but also the strategic choice for sustainable development and Innovation development.This study combined qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the theory of technological innovation based on the analysis of high-tech industries in Tianjin innovation inputs, outputs and support based on the state of the environment, build technological innovation capability of high-tech industry evaluation index system, Select the 2004-2009 data, using time series method, GPCA compare technological innovation capability of high-tech industry in Tianjin of horizontal and vertical, so that to understand Tianjin high-tech industry innovation capacity more comprehensively; then use regression analysis to find the relation between Tianjin high-tech industry with technical innovation and Tianjin's economic development factor to determine if the high-tech industry in Tianjin in Tianjin technological innovation driven economic growth. Then looking for the problems of technological innovation and high-tech industry, Finally, make recommendations for the development of technological innovation capability of high-tech industry in Tannin.
