These risks directly affect the normal implementation of the project and may even lead to the failure of the entire project. How to project the life cycle of the risk characteristics of each stage to effectively manage risks, ensure that the project cost, schedule, and progress smoothly according to plan,each project construction side is concerned about these,management company as service enterprises provide services to owners should be based on the needs of owners as the starting point.This thesis ocuses on China's current stage of the project from the risks related to theory, the analysis of domestic and international risk management situation, pointing out that implementation of the project management company in the importance of risk management. In this paper,we stand on the point of view is project management company, based on knowledge of the analytical project management and project risk management,Management companies through the establishment of risk management system, risk management system implementation, risk management visual feedback, reflecting that the risk management process of the management company, and the process was a preliminary analysis.
