Since 1950s birth in the Toyota production company, Lean production as a new mode of production after decades of development, has been widely used on the global scale, and has become the most advanced modern manufacturing enterprises and efficient production methods. With the ever-changing market demand, the M company existing production line has been unable to meet the needs of production and the company is also facing many problems in production management. This article based on the lean production methods, and combined with the M company's actual situation, putted forward the corresponding solutions and measures.This thesis firstly introduces the theory of knowledge of lean production, reviews its content, meaning, the basic ideas and the targets, and analyzes the development of the lean production in domestic and overseas. Though analyzes the M company's technology process and current production management, finds its main problems in production and management. Using SWOT from Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat to analyze the factors affecting what M company carries out lean production, and establishes the M company's SWOT Matrix. Combining above analysis, to the lean production theory as the basis, target to build a high-quality, high efficiency, low-cost production management, from the production management, equipment management, quality control management, materials management and 6S management etc. to plan the programs and measures of the M company to optimize production management, and evaluate the optimization implementation.
