The Study Of Production Management Improvement For The ADL Company

The competition between manufacturing enterprises is now more severely with the development of economy and the attendance of our country to WTO. There is the more and more remarkable trend of multiplicity of requirements of customers on the products. It is necessary for all the manufacturing enterprises to face and quickly respond to the varying market requirements, to reduce the production costs, to improve the internal and external quality, and to remarkably improve the ability of flexible production to realize on-schedule production. With the ever-changing market demand, the ADL company existing production line has been unable to meet the needs of production and the company is also facing many problems in production management. This paper based on the lean production methods, and combined with the M company's actual situation, to study the company's production of management for optimization.The paper firstly introduces the theory of knowledge of lean production, reviews its core, objectives, characteristics and the theory of lean production system. And analysis the status of production management for the ADL Company, find the main problems in production management. Following by workshop layout, production process and on-site management, to analysis the related factors of the ADL company implementation of lean production methods. Combining above analysis, to the lean production theory as the basis, target to build a high-quality, high efficiency, low-cost production management, from the organizational structure of production, production process management, inventory management and information systems etc. to plan the programs and measures of the ADL company to optimize production management. Finally, evaluates the effects of the ADL company imply Lean production management.
