Research On The Construction Of Evaluation System Of Corporate Integrity

Integrity is the foundation of market economy. To reduce its running cost, aperfect market economic system not only needs a set of formal rules to restrict thebehavior of market entities, but also a mature and complete integrity system to guideand ensure them consciously abide by the rules. The nature of corporate integrity ishonest and credit in market exchange. The institutionalization of corporate integrity isthe inevitable demand to develop market economy. This institutionalized restraintmechanism comes into play through legal integrity norms, institutionalized integrityassessment and oversight mechanisms. It is the core content of perfect social creditsystem and an essential prerequisite of regulating the order in socialist marketeconomy to construct corporate integrity assessment system. It is also an importantmeasure of guiding and improving enterprises to complete their integrity managementsystem, conscientiously meet commitments, and regulate trustworthinessmanagement.The dissertation analyzes the implication of integrity from the traditional moral,economy and legal aspects, and then cards the theory and method of corporateintegrity assessment. Based on the elements of corporate integrity system——thewillingness, the ability and performance of corporate integrity, the indicator system ofcorporate integrity is constructed through the ability and the behavior of corporateintegrity. Because there are more assessment indicators and their difficulty to bequantified, the dissertation integrates expert investigation method and AHP method tocalculate the weight of each indicator, so that the deviation of individual subjectivefeelings could to avoided as far as possible and the degree that each indicator affectson the evaluation results could be confirmed scientifically. After that, a simple,accurate comprehensive scoring method is used to evaluate the corporate integrity.Further, this dissertation does some creative exploration in grading a corporation'sintegrity and puts forward content system and scoring standards of the corporateintegrity assessment. Learning experience from international and domestic creditevaluation popular method——three levels nine grades, it has established enterprisesintegrity rating system. Finally, the assessment indicator system of corporate integrityis used to evaluate a particular firm's integrity to verify and illustrate the validation ofthe assessment system and the evaluation method of corporate integrity.The assessment system of corporate integrity inhere is based on the present level of the corporate integrity and its management, thus the evaluation method is notmore advanced one and the assessment system has not been tested and verifiedthrough a large numbers of samples. So the research on the management mechanismof corporate integrity is still needed delve into more advanced exploration, andbeyond this research, the assessment system of corporate integrity will be graduallyperfecting.
