Promote employee’s safety integrity can improve the enterprise’s safety situation effectively, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, the lack of employee safety integrity will buried safe hidden trouble for the enterprises, strengthen build the employee safety integrity has important significance for the enterprise. Master the employee safety integrity status is the prerequisite of enterprises to take measures to enhance employee safety integrity level, enterprise evaluate employee safety integrity can understand employee safety integrity situation, adopt corresponding management measures according to the characteristics of safety integrity in groups of employees, reduce the human accidents due to lack of safety integrity.In order to measure the employee safety integrity objectively and accurately, sorted out the integrity of the relevant information, explicit the employee safety integrity was formed at the beginning of the cognitive need, cognitive need develop to motivation, motivation trigger behavior mode, behavior result produce psychological feedback, feedback affects all stages, formation a new cognitive closed locking circulation process.According to the employee safety integrity formation process, Employee safety integrity is divided into cognitive, motivation, behavior and feedback four dimensions. Depending on the characteristics of the four dimensions designed different evaluation scheme for each dimension.Cognitive dimension design index from social cognition and social impression; motivation dimension design index in seven aspects, include the safety integrity situation of the people around, the view of safety reward and punishment mechanism, face view, the social mainstream behavior of safety integrity, courage, safety responsibility, human nature;behavior dimensions using behavior classification of records, commonsafety integrity behavior is divided as a warning, encouragement, rejected three class; feedback dimension from staff themselves and enterprise two angle design the questionnaire survey to collect the opinions, help enterprises to improve safety integrity.Using the measurement scale evaluate construction enterprises employees, according to the results analysis the employees’ safety integrity characteristics, propose management measures improvement suggestions for enterprise. Put forward the measures to improve the safety motivation of the enterprise, promote the safety integrity behavior excitation measures to the enterprise. Through the implementation of employee safety integrity assessment, enterprise can take the corresponding management measures according to the evaluation results,achieve the goal of improve employee safety integrity, improved safety integrity management mode, prevent the happening of human accident,improve the level of safe production in enterprise.
