With the advent of knowledge economy era,the competition is increasingly fierce,for the restructuring of state-owned enterprises QMHG company,in order to achieve excellent results in the fierce market competition,we must rely on the talents of technological innovation,how to attract and retain talent has become urgent problems to solve the enterprise,therefore,It is very important to carry out the research on the salary satisfaction of knowledge workers in QMHG company.Only to improve the knowledge of the employees within the company pay satisfaction,build a stable and effective enterprise staff,in order to enhance the enterprise core competitive power,to ensure that enterprises occupy a space for one person in today's increasingly fierce competition in the market.Based on the review of research status and salary satisfaction theory,constructs the evaluation system of knowledge based QMHG company employee satisfaction,in order to build a basic line of thinking,namely the investigation,in-depth evaluation,put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the salary satisfaction of knowledge workers.In this article,mainly includes three parts: first,the problem is put forward.Through the research on the background and significance of the paper,the main issues of this study and the direction,and points out the basic thinking framework.On this basis,combing the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the theory of knowledge workers pay satisfaction theory and the main point of view,laid the theoretical foundation for the following discussion.Then is the analysis of the problem,the paper makes a detailed analysis of the actual situation and the characteristics of knowledge workers in QMHG company,determine seven dimensions and twenty-five indicators through the research of the salary satisfaction of knowledge works in QMHG company,and a questionnaire survey was carried out,using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct the evaluation system of the salary satisfaction of knowledge works in QMHG,and carried out in-depth analysis and evaluation.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the salary system of QMHG company and improve the salary satisfaction of knowledge workers.
