The competition around the world is so fierce that have a significant and far-reaching influence on all companies,including domestic companies and foreign companies.In this competitive environment,the company must take measures to start a business or do constant innovation to build its unique competitive advantages.Today,with rapid developing of economy,rapid progressing in technology and fierce increasinging of competition,entrepreneurship has become a important strategy in big companies to improve its competitiveness and acquire innovative achievements.The competition among companies is actually talent the competition among talents.Employees with potential entrepreneurial characteristics are the foundation for obtaining the competition advantage of intrapreneurship.In order to realize their value of life and "boss addiction" idea,employees with potential entrepreneurial characteristics are likely to leave their original company to carry out their own businesses.Once potential entrepreneurs leave the original work unit to the external market and start new businesses or to other firms,they may become big threats and bring adverse impacts to the original enterprise.Research shows that Proactive personality has a significant predictive effect on innovation and entrepreneurship,in my paper,I argues that the employees who have proactive personality are potential entrepreneurs.So for the managers in enterprises,how to let the proactive employees to carry out entrepreneurship inside the organization,rather than to leave the company for external business,it has become an urgent problem to solve.The whole study process included the following three stages.In the first stage,I carefully reviewed the papers about some concepts and analyze the need for proactive employees to carry out intrepreneurship,and then I advanced the theoretical model and research hypothesis,at the same time,I summarized the study scales of each variable.In the second stage,in order to improve the effectiveness of questionnaire measurements,according to the statistical analysis method proposed by WuMinglong,I advanced a pre-research of 187 effective samples to do item analysis,factor analysis and reliability analysis,and identified the final effective questionnaires.In the third stage,I used AMOS17.0 and SPSS20.0 statistical analysis tool on 516 samples to do descriptive statistical analysis,validity and regression analysis and so on,the results further validate the previously proposed hypothesis model.On the basis of literature review and analysis of 516 valid samples of the survey,the main conclusions of the analysis are as follows:(1)Proactive personality is positively correlated to the three dimensions of entrepreneurial intention.(2)Proactive personality is positively correlated to the five dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.(3)The five dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy are partly positively correlated to the three dimensions of entrepreneurial intention.(4)The entrepreneurial self-efficacy play a part of the intermediary role of the relationship between Proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.(5)LMX is playing a positive moderating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.(6)The intrapreneurship intention can significantly predict entrepreneurial behavior,and positive initiative is the strongest predictive of entrepreneurial behaviorResearch conclusions enrich the theoretical system of intrapreneurship and put forward some constructive suggestions to the manager and employees,such as the managers can select and develop proactive employees,provide an entrepreneurial greenhouse and establish a platform for cultivating employees' entrepreneurial self-efficacy,etc.In the end,the paper puts forward the innovation,limitations and future research prospects of this research.
