With the report of the 19 th National Congress,building a modern economic system "building a knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative labor force" has become the top priority of enterprise development and competition.The creativity of knowledge workers is a solid foundation for business development and foothold.As individuals of “rational people”,knowledge workers will be more active and active in the face of fierce competition and employment environment,and with the organization's values ??and ethical standards,and actively exert their creativity.The organization wins stronger competitiveness.Therefore,how to grasp the important subject of enterprise development,make it more identifiable with the values ??and ethical standards of the organization,and stimulate creativity is an important factor for the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper introduces the proactive personality of the independent variable,the creativity of the dependent variable,the organizational commitment of the intermediary variable,the power distance as the adjustment variable,and the research creativity from the perspective of the type and degree of creativity(breakthrough creativity and progressive creativity),mainly from employees.Individual factors discuss the impact of employee proactive personality on creativity and dimensions,and build models that attempt to answer: the main effect between proactive personality and creativity and the organization's commitment to mediating between employee proactive personality and creativity.The existence of an adjustable mediating effect of effects and power distances.This paper uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct theoretical research and empirical analysis,analyze the relationship between variables,use relevant statistical analysis methods,test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,apply SPSS software and AMOS software to test the variables' main effect and mediating effect.The empirical analysis concludes that there is a positive correlation between employee proactive personality and creativity and two dimensions;positive correlation between proactive personality and organizational commitment and three dimensions;correlation between organizational commitment and employee creativity The relationshipis established,emotional commitment is positively related to creativity and two dimensions,normative commitment is positively related to creativity and two dimensions;organizational commitment is established by the mediating effect between employee proactive personality and creativity.Emotional commitment plays a partial intermediary role between proactive personality and creativity.The employee's emotional commitment exists in the mediating role of proactive personality in the two dimensions of creativity.The normative commitment of employees is in proactive personality versus creativity and two.The mediating role of dimensions exists;the adjustable mediating effect of power distance does not hold.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results.If knowledge workers are suppressed by the authority in the organization,they will choose to leave the organization without considering leaving the cost and seeking more open organizational development.Therefore,managers should pay attention to the proactive personality characteristics of knowledge workers,pay attention to the integration of organizational values ??and goals with knowledge workers,improve their organizational commitment,and carefully treat managers' power distances,so that employees' creativity can be maximized.
