Along with the 90's, 00's growth, after 80's employees gradually became the workplace employment the main army, and in many positions to play a very important role. However, after 80 employees character, working train of thought is different from the 60, 70 staff, at present, after 80 employees turnover phenomenon.According to the 2010 employment blue book of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Literature Press for " Employment Report of Chinese college students" which showed the turnover rate of Chinese university graduates were up to 38% within a half year, there are average 2 job-hopping within 3 years . At present," after 80" had been into thirty years of age, whose work and life have been gradually getting better; but after 85" just start their baby ignorant of the working career. From the survey figures, their turnover rate are 40% within a half year. " After 80" are with own unique career attitude and working style are largely different with their parents. Currently, many companies are suffering from the much higher Human Resource training cost such as poor employee loyalty, go-slow, job-hopping, In short, more and more scholars began to discuss the subject of the " after 80" employees'turnover problem.In this paper, according to the domestic and overseas literature research, we designed sound questionnaire for matching after 80 personality, Psychological characteristics etc. With the help of Mitchell's Embedding theory to research the relationship between non working factor with leaving tendency of after 80. And analysis of Influence factors through Embedded theory From the view of 80 employees, raised the beneficial reference idea and suggestions to improve the management practice and retention.
