Research On The Public Information Service Platform For Smes In Shanghai Baoshan Based On The Theory Of Customer Relationship Management

The customer relationship management(CRM) is a new management mechanism which aims at improving the relationship between the enterprise and the customer. People have new requirements for the government with the development of civilization and society. The paper introduces enterprise's customer relationship management in the public information service platform and researchs on the public information service platform for small and medium sized enterprise(SMEs).Though analyzing the government's service for the enterprise, it proposes the mode of providing public service should transform"one government, several departments"into"several departments, one government"by informatization based on CRM with the principle of public service-oriented. The study of public service can renew concepts, resolve the difficult problem for technology and promote the reform of the political system.According to the situation of Baoshan, based on SMEs'feature and demand for the government's service, namely the public information service as a comprehensive service platform, it provides life circle service including counselors to small business, policy support, financing, credit information and management, technology, consultation, talent, and integration of producing, supply and marketing, etc. The paper also proposes how to build the public information service platform, such as ensuring the durability and stability of the public information service platform for SMEs by improving the service process, providing consulting and assessment online and system.
