Hunan Province Sme Public Service Platform For Research

With the development of economy and sci-tech in our country, great change has appeared in the industrial economy patterns, market competition is aggravating and the theory and practice have been rapidly promoted. Thus it is of significant importance to have an overall study of industrial cluster of medium and small sized enterprises. As an advance regional development means, medium and small sized enterprises can adapt to its present self-development and regional development better by forming industrial cluster and public service platform.This paper, regarding the public service platform as it logic staring point, first summarizes the achievements and unsolved problems of public service platform, imperfectness and shortcomings of the theories when carried out in practice by reviewing substantial references at home and abroad together with making a field survey and an empirical analysis. Based on the previous study, the thesis investigate the strategic distribution of public service platform of medium and small sized enterprises in Hunan province and the way how the government make use of policy and capital to establish public service platform for those enterprises from the perspective of theory and method.This paper mainly discuss the following four problems existing in public service platform of medium and small sized enterprises in Hunan province. What are the advantages and limitation of the platform mode of it? How is it formed and what are the constituents? How is platform pattern in Hunan province? How to form a suitable public service platform for medium and small sized enterprises cluster.The results of the paper includes the relation between industrial cluster and medium and small sized enterprises, the way to optimize the strategic distribution of the public service platform around the Human regional economy development and the safeguard measures for the public service platform of medium and small sized enterprises.
