Projects touch all our lives in many forms. With the competition between enterprises in domestic and international market, many enterprises facing the challenge of multi-project management, multi—project management is being the hot-point of project management thesis and practice. On the condition of many projects undergoing at the same time, it turns out that some of the projects will have to share some of the resource, for the quantity of the resource offered by the enterprises is limited. So it is of great practical value to study resource constraints multi-project management, distributing resource more advisably, cutting down the cost and improving the interest of the enterprises.Based On the investigating of a large number of domestic and foreign references,At first we studied the knowledge of critical chain method in project management and multi-project management and resource leveling problem by the numbers, made a summary about the classical methods critical chain project management and the way of dealing with resource leveling problems. In resource constraints multi-project circumstance, This paper brings forward a viewpoint that we should denote the multi-project"bottle neck"with critical chain bundle, taking into account the characteristics of multi-project and the influence the sub-projects have on the total objective of the corporation. Then, we'll combine the theory of constraints with multiple projects, study the identifying of the critical chain bundle in multi-project with single-resource constraint, adopting and ameliorating the traditional method of critical chain management. Based on the critical chain bundle we study the resource leveling problem. At last, there is an example to demonstrate the process of identifying leveling.
