Study Of Recycle Economy Management In TISCO

Iron and steel industry is a foundation industry, as a resource and energy intensive industry, also a major industry for pollutant emission, in recent years, with the quick economic development in China, this industry has made substantial improvement in lowering energy consumption and reducing pollutant emission through restructuring and advanced technology. However, increased steel production brought more energy consumption and more emission, sustainable development for resource and environment is still a big challenge for the industry.Based on related theories regarding recycle economy developed in iron and steel industry, using systematic theory and SWOT analysis, the article tries to find the opportunity, threat, superiority and inferiority for industry development; using strategic management theory and method, through the procedure s of strategic analysis, strategic selection and strategic evaluation, find developing strategic choice which has positive impact on China's iron and steel industry.By citing largely and analyzing deeply, using overall analysis and analogy, taking advanced experience from overseas steel industry, standing China's industry position, the article puts forward to develop recycle economy in this industry. The article conclude that government direction play an important role in the process of recycle economy development by game analysis method.Taking TISCO as an example, discussing specific strategy and measure (taken by this enterprise during its recycle economy development, the article puts forward that China's iron and steel industry has to take"green strategy"on the basis of developing recycle economy to obtain industry model-transfer, obtain"big recycling"and obtain sustainable development.Finally, the article take an example of most representative recycle economy project in TISCO—Oxygen-enrichment furnace to analyze from the perspective of technology, process, economy and environmental protection. The company focuses on promoting energy-saving and emission-reducing, promoting ecological treatment and green construction.By analysis on this enterprise, the article conclude that recycle economy in steel industry must depend on technological breakthrough, process improvement to achieve"ecological enterprise"and sustainable development...
