Under the limitation of the resource and circumstance problems, developing recycle economy is an important way to keep economy increasing rapidly and persistently and carry out the Scientific Outlook on Development. At present, the development of recycle economy in China just begins. It is the key to realize Chinese recycle economy's sound and fast development that we build and consummate the technology supporting system of recycle economy.The main purpose of this paper is working on how to build the technology supporting system that is scientific, effective and suitable to our Chinese situation.
