Petrochemical enterprise Information Technology construction is the main driving force of modern Petrochemical enterprise production development; however, in this process, because of the diversity of the Petrochemical enterprise's own characteristics, which makes it is difficult to integrate the production-related information together, basically, the various production devices are depending on independent information units to guide the production, this makes the devices are isolated self-production and makes the production of macro-control and guide enterprises to increase the difficulty of producing stable. In the meanwhile, since the process of Petrochemical productions has the characteristic, which is the variety of product solutions can be switched flexibly; consequently, to establish a rapid response to production control, production implementation and production management environment, which is the compulsory requirement to ensure the product's yield and quality, reduce cost, and produce safely and stably.This paper analyzes the production execution system implementation in the Enterprise A, and describes the production execution system design, implementation and application process. The project selects a mature management suite as the system implementation basis, and establishes a unified refinery production operation information platform, and efficiently supports the business operation. The MES of Enterprise A has more system function modules, covers wider business areas and implements more workloads. The Producing-manufacturing execution system includes eleven modules. Basic data modules include four modules: Factory basic information management, Laboratory information management system, Real-time database, and Real-time database applications; upper layer application modules include seven modules: Operation management, Materials movement management, Yield coefficient calculation, Material balance, Production planning and scheduling, Production statistics, and Production information operation platform. These eleven modules support the Basic application layer, Implementation layer, Operation management layer and Presentation layer. During the MES system developing process, apart from to complete all the functions, the Enterprise A also promoted Enterprise Information Technology Infrastructure innovations and improvements. The implementation of MES System, achieves the real-time production process management and the data coming from the same source, enhances the controlled production safety in enterprise and quantitative assessment, improves production quality and reduces production cost.
