The Study Of Optimization Of Equipment Management Of Z Coal Enterprise Logistic Center

Coal enterprises'production laid high dependence on equipments. The condition of equipments condition can affects the level of enterprises management directly. Equipment management is an important component of Enterprise management. In traditional coal enterprises, equipment management is undeveloped. Therefore, the study of equipment management has practical meaning.In this paper, theories of equipment management are overviewed. Theories mainly include the basic concept of equipment management, equipment management features of coal enterprises, equipment leasing management of coal enterprise and research status of equipment. All these theories lay solid theoretical foundation for the study of optimization of equipment management of Z coal enterprise logistic center.Then equipment management status of Z coal logistics center is described. The organizational structure of equipment management of Z coal logistics center, equipment purchasing management, equipment leasing management, equipment parts management are all referred. Then, with modern equipment theory, the paper analysis the management status of Z coal logistics center and propose the main problems of equipment management of Z coal logistics center.Finally, several constructive suggestions are put forward to improve equipment management of Z coal logistics center. These suggestions mainly include four parts: equipment procurement management, equipment leasing management, equipment parts management and information management of equipment. This paper builds equipment procurement evaluation system and uses grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate equipment supplier. Use the concept of project management to improve the equipment leasing management. Optimize the processes of equipment part management, avoiding idle and waste. Finally, this paper recommends some suggestion of information management of equipment.
