The Research On The Optimization Strategies Of A Group For Equipment Purchasing

Accompanied by the fast growing of China Auto parts industry and theintensified market competition, the demands to decrease cost and improve theefficiency of the procurement become more and more urgent.Equipment purchasing is a key element to new project in the Auto partindustry. This paper based on author’s working experience, introduced andanalyzed the existing problems in the equipment purchasing in A group. Aseries of optimization strategies are proposed on this basis.The thesis optimizes the current organization structure and process oftooling and equipment purchasing. Besides, this paper use Minitab toconstruct a price model for injection tools to evaluate tools purchasing price,evaluate the cost of non-standard equipments based on cost analysis. Asupplier assessment system with AHP and supplier relationship managementboth are introduced in this paper.This research results has reference value to the theory and practice oftooling and equipment management in Auto parts industry.
