Research On Traceability System Of Fresh Agricultural Products Base On The Quality And Safety

At present, more and more events about the quality of the fresh primary productshappen in our society. So the quality and safety of the fresh primary products have beenpaid more attention. The quality of fresh primary products is related to the health ofpeople, the harmonious and stable development of our society, and even the developmentof national economy. However, at present our country's guarantee system of freshprimary products' quality and safety is not perfect now. So it both has theoreticalsignificance and practical significance to construct a traceability system of quality andsafety of fresh primary products and realize the management of fresh primary product's"from the seed to the table". Focusing on the construction of the traceability system offresh primary products, this paper research content is as follows:First of all, it defines the object of this study and the related theories of thetraceability system. It introduces the current application situation of traceability system offresh primary products at home an abroad while having a clear understanding of it. Andat the same time, comparing it with that abroad, it analyses the disadvantage of theapplication the traceability system of fresh primary products at home.Secondly, the article analyzes the reasons of the traceability system construction offresh primary products. There existing serious asymmetry phenomenon in quality andsafety information on each link of the fresh primary products' supply chain, which led tothe adverse selection, then it causes the "lemon effect" in the fresh primary productsmarket. The traceability system can provide consumers, suppliers and managers theinformation they need, and then reduce the asymmetry phenomenon of information.Thirdly, the paper introduces the foundation of the traceability system constructionof fresh primary products. And then it studies how to apply case-based reasoning, whichis based on the quality and safe of fresh primary products, to select the suppliers, layingthe foundation for constructing the traceability system of fresh primary products. Finally, taking pork supply chain for example, this paper constructs the traceabilitysystem of fresh primary products. Based on the the traceability system construction ofpork supply chain, it analyses the traceability system entirely, introducing the technicalsupport of the traceability system construction and describing exactly various processesand realization way of the traceability system.
