With the continuous economic development,people's requirements for food quality are also increased.Fresh produce is one of the most widely consumed foods in the world.Once a problem arises,it can have a very large impact.At the same time,fresh agricultural products are more strict with the time and environmental than other types of food,so its supply chain and themselves are also more vulnerable to the risk of attack.At present,the solution of food safety problem still has a great lag,and the losses to society,it is difficult to effectively control the loss caused by the society,enterprises and consumers.Therefore,it is necessary to identify the quality and safety factors in the fresh agricultural product supply chain,break the traditional expost supervision mode,prevent the risks in the supply chain,reduce the occurrence of risks.Ensuring the people's life safety is the core task at the present stage.In this paper,the related literature research results of food supply chain and agricultural products supply chain over the years were analyzed,factors affecting quality and safety,which are identified by researchers,is screened and classified.Aiming at the general process and characteristics of the domestic supply chain,standing in the perspective of the external environment and internal process,starting from the the natural environment,production,transportation and sales of the circulation link of supply chain,the factors that may affect the fresh agricultural product quality and safety is identified,Finally the risk assessment index system is determined.Next,the risk index is evaluated from the perspective of its six attributes,that is to say,the risk of each risk indicator is considered from the possibility of the occurrence of risk,a result of loss,infectivity,mitigation,controllability and predictability,rather than considering the possibility and loss of risk.And then through the investigation of the relevant scholars and the supply chain of fresh agricultural products in real life,the risk index system established in this paper is used to make evaluation.triangular fuzzy number is used to grade evaluation of risk index under six risk attributes,Finally,the fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied to combine the scores of the risk indicators in the six attributes of risk,to evaluate the comprehensive risk value of risk factors.So as to provide specific recommendations for future risk prediction and risk prevention,reduce the possible risks in the future and the risk of loss to society,businesses and consumers.
