| With the continuous improvement of domestic economics and people’s living standard, the public demand for fresh agricultural product increase constantly as well. As a result, a higher quality safety requirement of fresh agricultural product has been raised. Served as a big producer and consumer of fresh agricultural product, strengthening quality safety management against the overall process from producing to consuming of fresh agricultural product to satisfy consumer demand of quality safety of fresh agricultural product has become a significant task in Jilin province. Therefore, acceleration in quality safety traceability system construction of fresh agricultural product in Jilin province is now an extremely urgent issue.Take supply chain of fresh agricultural product as object of study, based on both theory study and practice development of quality safety traceability system of fresh agricultural product, this paper firstly performs a sufficient analysis towards development status of quality safety traceability system construction of fresh agricultural product in Jilin province. Then, on the foundation of problem finding, a framework of quality safety traceability system of fresh agricultural product supply chain which fits for Jilin province is developed. Afterwards, constitution of each sub-system and their correlations are analyzed, meanwhile, main technology factors that are needed to accomplish the traceability system are elaborated. Finally, pertinence countermeasures and suggestions for quality traceability system of fresh agricultural product supply chain in Jilin province to operate effectively are proposed, which provide a favorable theoretical foundation to further construct and perfect quality traceability system of fresh agricultural product supply chain in Jilin province. |
