This research bases on the theory development of human resources management outsourcing. From the present situation of our hotel enterprise human resources management, it determines the topics of Y hotel human resources management outsourcing risk control,and makes identification and evaluation to the risk management of human resource outsourcing in Y hotel, as well as puts forward to the corresponding control strategy.First of all, this research through extensive reviewed of related literature at home and abroad, bases on the existing research results reckoned as a theoretical basis of this study; Secondly, the author through consulting industry material and investigating in-depth hotel enterprises analyzes the present situation of human resource management in hotel enterprises. On this basis, from the Angle of human resources management outsourcing process of hotel human resources management outsourcing, this research combines with hotel enterprises characteristic and constructs the hotel human resources outsourcing risk evaluation index system.In the preparation stage of outsourcing, risk factors are:outsourcing content choice risk, staffs loss risk, potential high spending risk; In outsourcing service providers choice stage, the risk factors are:legal environment risk, choose contractors risk, contract risk; In the implementation stage, risk factors are as follows:the monitoring capability risk, defeated behavior risk, cultural fusion risk; In outsourcing exit stage, risk factors are:the loss of learning and innovation ability risk, information leakage risk. Third, based on the present situation of human resource management in Y hotel, we introduce the risk matrix to ranking the importance of risk factors, further use the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to make clear concrete weights of Y hotel human resources outsourcing various risk factors. And according to the fuzzy evaluation method,we can make synthetically evaluation for its various risk factors. Finally, based on the assessment results of Y hotel human resource outsourcing risk, this research ascertains the emphasis of risk control in Y hotel, which comes from contractor choice stage and implementation phase aspects. What is more, it puts forward countermeasures to Y hotel human resources management outsourcing risk control.
