Research On Gasoline Upgrading Modification Technology Of Jilin Petrochemical Company To Meat National Standard Ⅲ

The paper summarizes the development of the quality specification of motor gasoline and the technology development and application to improve gasoline quality at home and abroad. According to the objective of upgrading national gasoline quality standard by stages, the appropriate reform and upgrading of Output plants of oil refinery become the primary task for enterprise to ensure gasoline quality meet standard.Based on the gasoline characteristics of Jilin Petrochemical Company as mainly producing catalytic cracking gasoline with high olefin content and combing the overall implementation of 1,000,000 t/a oil refinery reform project, this paper makes a gasoline production scheme for the transition period and project operation period which meets the requirement of new standard by rationally utilization of present resource. The scheme meets the requirement of totally upgrading gasoline quality as well as the orientation of refining-chemical integration of Jlin Petrochemical Company determined by PetroChina Company Limited. Through off-site transformation construction of 1,500,000 t/a MIP-CGP catalytic cracking plant and a newly-built Prime+ gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization plant, and by appropriate blending measures, the sulfur and olefin content in gasoline of Jilin Petrochemical Company has respectively reached 150μg/g and 25% value required by National Gasoline Quality StandardsⅢ, meanwhile, the octane number of gasoline has increased to 92 and above, which has achieved better social and economic benefits. In this paper, the scheme of producing high quality gasoline after the commissioning of 1,000,000 t/a refinery upgrading reform project is preliminarily investigated to provide a good reference for upgrading the gasoline quality of Jilin petrochemical company.
