Zhenjiang Unicom Company Sharing Environment BPR Exploration

BPR (Business Process Reengineering) concept proposed, in line with contemporary trends in the development of enterprises, many enterprises at home and abroad had accepted practice, and achieved great success. The purpose of this research and the significance of the business environment changes in the development process reengineering how to improve performance, reduce costs and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The paper by reengineering Zhenjiang Unicorn's flow of construction on sharing to reform and the implementation of the construction process, analyzes the result did not reach the main reason for building shared by ASME method and IDEF model building process analysis, on this basis, the implementation of shared construction process optimization solutions. The study on improving the Zhenjiang Unicom's sharing construction has a very important meaning of progress in the construction.
