Research On Business Flow-Oriented Mechanism And Supporting System Of Knowledge Sharing Within Enterprise

Nowadays, knowledge sharing is brought into research hotspot in the field ofknowledge management. However, there is still no research system and methodaiming at knowledge sharing within enterprise. Remaining on the discussion anddevelopment of concept itself, most of the research into knowledge sharing lacksgeneral analysis of its essence and influencing elements. Therefore, the dissertationsuggests that the effective research methods of business flow-oriented knowledgesharing within enterprise are discriminating the existing form of knowledge, findingthe problems during the process from the angle of mode, mechanism as well assupporting system, exploring knowledge sharing mechanism, and finally puttingforward a rational resolution. This dissertation carries on the following research bycombining the research method of management science and information technology:1. Through identifying the concept and characteristic of knowledge, analyzing theintension and extension of knowledge sharing, the dissertation proposes the wholeframework of knowledge sharing within enterprise, including knowledgeclassification, existing form of knowledge, software and hardware support ofknowledge sharing, knowledge sharing mode and so on. It lays solid foundation forresearch of knowledge sharing within enterprise.2. The dissertation puts forward for the first time that knowledge flow is one of theconcrete forms of knowledge within enterprise, and the knowledge processconcomitant with the concrete business process acts as the "trigger"promotingknowledge to flow effectively. Meanwhile, the dissertation establishesfour-dimensional dynamic model of knowledge flow within enterprise;this offers themeans of describing and discerning knowledge flow vector and the relevantknowledge process within enterprise effectively.3. On the basis of analyzing existing reason and constructing elements of knowledgemarket within enterprise, the dissertation takes advantage of game analysis and tradetheory to set up knowledge trade mechanism based on knowledge market withinenterprise, analyze and simulate the knowledge trade process, probe into mechanismof knowledge trade by using principal-agent theory, establish the mathematics modelof the knowledge trade. Thereupon, it settles the theoretical foundation of theknowledge sharing mode based on knowledge trade.4. The dissertation uses system dynamic method to analyze the obstacle andcontradiction of knowledge sharing, and finds out the very crux affecting knowledgesharing within enterprise. It establishes framework of knowledge sharing withinenterprise on the basis of organizing mechanism, culture mechanism and incentivemechanism. Moreover, it analyzes the details by making use of case.5. The dissertation establishes the knowledge sharing system within enterprise basedon MAS, designs and analyzes its architecture, function, logical realization.Meanwhile, it describes the key function of knowledge sharing system with AUMLmodeling method. At last, the dissertation also establishes the knowledge matchingmodel and its realizing algorithm based on N layer of concepts space. Therefore, thekey technology of system realization is researched deeply.
