Multinational It Project Management Mode Analysis

At present, the research of IT project management at home and abroad is mostly theoretical research and lack of practice experiences. This paper is based on the traditional project management theoretical knowledge and the daily work experiences of the author to study the problems encountered in the project but not covered by published books yet. This is important to transnational IT projects management and it offers advices and references to this kind of projects management.This paper starts from the study of project management background at home and abroad, then summarizes the base and development process of project management and risk management theory. Comparing the traditional project management pattern, it points out the characteristics of IT projects and transnational IT projects and finds out more efficient management pattern and methods accordingly. It also analyzes the risk management methods and practical application of transnational IT project. At last, analyzes and solves the problems encountered in the case of transnational chipset developing project.This paper also introduces some innovative view of points. First of all, it is the first time to study the project management pattern from the angle of transnational IT project. Currently, we lacks such studies and experiences and the practice needs support it to be the innovative points. Secondly, it proposes the management pattern for transnational IT project. Thirdly, it summarizes the characteristics of transnational IT project comparing with the traditional IT project.
