Based on the overall consumption of rural residents in China's multi-level structure characteristics of diamond, the consumption of rural residents in China showed that the survival-based, subsistence, and the well-off type co-exist. China's consumption of rural residents by the time dimension and space dimension of a combination of methods, the use of cluster analysis of 30 Chinese provinces and cities by clustering and therefore on the consumption characteristics of rural residents a full range of analysis, obtained China's rural household consumption characteristics and regional characteristics of the stage. Obtained by the above analysis of the impact of China's rural household consumption factors, including the income of rural residents, consumer attitudes, consumer environment, national policy support, and so forth. Consumption by rural residents in China qualitative analysis of influencing factors and the quantitative indicators and quantitative selection, and multiple linear regression analysis using the stepwise regression analysis of these factors eliminate variables one by one test, only the revenue impact of this one factors validated, so income is the most important factor of the consumption of rural residents of China, although other factors play a certain impact on consumption factors, but, the intensity is very small effect. Through a detailed analysis of the income to build China's rural residents from different sources of income and consumption models, rural residents of different types of income and consumption models. Model results show that on the one hand, the income of rural residents, family business income and wage income is the main source of income of farmers, rural household consumption by the wage income of rural residents in the impact of larger, rural wage income, marginal propensity to consume than operating net income of rural households in the marginal propensity to consume wage income of rural residents there is uncertainty in large part, the source of income for rural residents is very fragile; the other hand, rural residents living mainly by consumer spending and the persistence of persistent revenue income of the marginal propensity to consume. Consumption expenditure of rural residents and long-lasting income was positively correlated with the persistence of rural residents increased income of rural residents living expenses are constantly rising. Through constructing China's rural residents' consumption of the whole mixture estimation model, China different regional rural consumer mixed estimation model, draw the different regions of China rural consumer exists obvious difference, the causes of differences from the developed areas of rural residents income obviously higher than poor area, the widening income gap in different regions of the rural residents with active and passive consumption results and developed regions of rural consumer habits, consumption idea more apt to urban residents draws close, and poor areas of consumer habits, consumption idea is still is rural that set of very conservative mode. And then put forward a few promote rural residents' consumption policy Suggestions:widening the rural residents'income channels and raise the permanence of rural residents income; Improving the rural residents'consumption environment, and build a good consumption space; Perfect rural residents of social medical treatment, old-age security system, solve the rural residents rich dare not spent the extra worries, Provide a large commodity consumer credit, installment, enhance the new mode of rural residents overspend consciousness.
