Statistical Analysis Of Gansu Province Consumer Price Index

In recent years, with the constant development of economy and society, the consumer price index is concerned increasingly higher and higher. The consumer price index is not only an important measure of price fluctuation macroeconomic indicators, but also a measure of inflation degree of important indexes. The consumer price index can reflect people's living level, regulate the speed of economic development, make the new accounting system of national economy and guide government to establish a series of policies, such as financial policy, monetary policy, policy of social security and so on. Therefore, to construct a set of scientific consumer price index statistics analysis system, and using this system to analyze our country, provinces, cities and autonomous regions appear particularly important.Current analysis articles of consumer price index are mostly for the nation or a province, through specific examples to specific analysis. Its research content and methods as researchers of the theoretical level, have different levels, and each passage research focuses on different things, all focus on the analysis of the quantity relationship, but less logic thinking method applied in overall assurance. Therefore, this paper firstly constructs theoretical analysis framework of the consumer price index, that is, constructs logical generally, and through this theoretical framework to analyze consumer price index of Gansu province, so as to realize the special logic.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part, introduction. First to review the relevant literature about the domestic and foreign research of consumer price index, and then introduce author's views and deficiencies based on the past research. The second part, construct a statistical analysis theoretical frame of the consumer price index. Firstly, introduce the general theoretical knowledge about constructing the statistical analysis framework of consumer price index, and then construct the analysis framework, mainly from the research content and analysis method begin, including whole analysis, structural analysis, factor analysis and forecasting analysis four projects, finally a detailed explanation of the analysis framework. The third part, perform a statistical analysis about consumer price index of Gansu province. Using the second part theoretical platform, combined with specific conditions of Gansu province, analyze the all aspects of Gansu province consumer price index. Through empirical method have the main factors,which influence Gansu province consumer price index fluctuation and the degree of influence, analyze and predict the recent trend. The fourth part, policy recommendations. According to the Gansu province consumer price index rising rapidly recently, draw conclusions and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
